  • BLACK--Purge your emotions  (Here are some important guidelines.)
    1. A Black Journal is Cathartic, NOT a hate journal
    2. Write in the moments when you are "HOT" to help you work through your feelings
    3. Don't worry about punctuation, grammar or readability
    4. NOT TO BE RE-READ! WHY? (After 90 sec the hormones that made you feel that way are gone, so after initial 90 seconds, it’s you that holds onto feeling that way.)
    5. TOSS or BURN your black journal pages! NEVER RE-READ!
